How is the weather and Celebrations in December in orlando?
I wanna know how christma sand new yearrs is in orlando and how is the weather in december.I hve booked it but not sure what to do because of the weather and christmas and new years celebreation. Can any one tell me?
The celebrations are fantastic, in Disney they have Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Celebration, in universal studios and island of adventure, they have The grinchmas, located in islands of adventure that's based on the grinch that stole christmas, the hotels are adorned beautifully with Christmas trees and they (at least the ones in universal) have events that take place around the christmas tree including festive music. For new years there are tons of fireworks and parties all night in downtown disney and city walk.
the weather can differ but usually its very cold, i mean for florida that is. it ranges between 50-70 degrees fareheit.

The celebrations are wonderful–great things go on at all the parks.
Weather can be all over the place–high can be 55 or 75. See this page for the chance a winter day at Walt Disney World will have a high over 75: http://yourfirstvisit.net/planning-your-first-family-trip/when-to-go/next-best-dates/weather-and-when-to-go/chance-date-will-have-high-temperature-75/
Crowds can be great or a nightmare. Before Christmas is much better than Christmas/new years. See this page on when to go to Disney World to avoid the corwds:http://yourfirstvisit.net/planning-your-first-family-trip/when-to-go/
Hope this helps and have a great trip!! Dave

The celebrations are just wonderful. Just remember Mickey's Very Merry Xmas is a separate admission event. It means you need a special ticket for that aside from the regular admission. I would recommend New Year's Eve at Disney.
About the weather, being from the Caribbean, it's too cold for me. I always go to Orlando in November and have to skip the waterparks because of it. Depending on what you're used to, it could be not so cold for you. Last year it was around the 50's early morning and at night and about 75 during the day.

I have been to Orlando twice at Christmas, and both times it was generally warm (shorts & tshirt) during the day, and jeans and a sweater in the evening. We had no rain at all and used the Disney water parks. We also swam in the sea at Cocoa Beach on a couple of days.
If you go to Disney, don't miss Mickeys Very Merry Xmas Party (buy the tickets before you go) – they make it snow in the park – brilliant!
Have a great time.
